So fast their delivery. Pillow medium hard and abit bouncy touch, enough to support my neck.

Have slept on the pillow for more than 1 week. It’s pretty comfortable. Always sleep like a log. Not sure if it suits everyone but fine for a petite person like at 153cm in height.

Abit firm for me but still okay. Neck pain really few lesser.
