Returns & Refunds
Eligible purchases delivered within Peninsular Malaysia may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
Deliveries to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan are excluded from this return policy due to shipping complexities.
Sale or clearance items, gift cards, customised or made-to-order products, opened hygiene-sensitive products, and items that are no longer in their original condition or packaging cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify NeckPro within 48 hours and provide your order number, photographs and a description of the issue.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

NeckPro delivers within Malaysia. Ready-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery time depends on product availability, product size, delivery location and the appointed courier or delivery team. Bulky products such as mattresses may require a scheduled delivery arrangement.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct before placing your order. NeckPro will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
Additional delivery charges or restrictions may apply to certain locations, oversized products and deliveries to East Malaysia. Where applicable, the final delivery arrangement will be confirmed with the customer.

Made-to-Order Bedframes & Divans
All NeckPro bedframes and divans are made to order according to the customer’s confirmed selections, which may include fabric colour, fabric texture, size, drawer configuration and other customisation options. Therefore, once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced, these products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect selection or personal preference.
Customers are responsible for checking the product dimensions, selected options and delivery-access measurements before confirming the order. Colours and textures displayed on a screen may vary slightly from the actual fabric; customers are encouraged to view the physical fabric sample where possible.
This restriction does not apply if the product delivered is defective, damaged or materially different from the confirmed order. Any such issue must be reported to NeckPro within 48 hours of delivery, together with the order number, photographs and a description of the issue.
